Aquando das férias passadas entre Mónaco, Paris e Nice, a freerankings teve o prazer e a sorte de assistir a um dos concertos da primeira tour europeia de Barbra Streisand. O concerto cuja duração foi de cerca de 3 horas, estava repleto de fans de diferentes gerações, dos mais novos aos mais velhos, ninguém quis perder o concerto da cantora que mais discos vendeu na história da música, ultrapassada apenas por Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra e os The Beatles. No dia 26 de junho, Paris recebeu pela primeira vez um concerto de Barbra, sendo qua na plateia, entre franceses, espanhóis, ingleses, italianos, gregos, portugueses, encontravam -se importantes personalidades, tais como Bernard Kouchner, charles Aznavour, Jean Paul Belmondo, Alain Delon, Line Renaud e Cécilia Sakozy, mulher do actual presidente francês.

Não há adjectivos que possam classificar aquilo que se passou no Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy. Um show inegualável, daquela que será para sempre lembrada como uma das maiores cantoras de sempre, senão mesmo, a maior de todas, uma vez que ninguém tem uma carreira que se compare à sua, no activo desde 1960, com grandes sucessos, tanto na música como no cinema, e a única personalidade viva que detém 2 oscars, 10 golden globes, 5 emmy, 10 grammy, 1 tony, 1 life achivement award, entre muitas outras distinções.

Barbra continua em excelente forma, com uma voz poderosa e a deslumbrar o mundo com um espectáculo de grande qualidade, como nos tem habituado ao longo da sua carreira.

Barbra Streisand é a melhor, a verdade é esta, e toda gente sabe disso!
